We would like to the take opportunity to invite you to join the Second Annual Event of “Green Scrap Metal Thailand 2021: One Future Together” under “Greening the Scrap Metal Value Chain through Promotion of BAT/BEP to Reduce U-POPs Releases from Recycling Facilities” during 16 - 18 August 2021 via online platform (via Zoom program and FaceBook Live).
The Second Annual Event is aimed to raise awareness of sustainable waste management in order to reduce U-POPs and other organic pollutants and to offer better alternatives of scrap metal management as BAT/BEP. With expected number of at least 200 participants to join the event include those from regulatory authorities, professionals, research institutions, and those who is interested from metallurgical industry associations and operators of metal scrap recycling facilities.
Throughout the event, the virtual features of the activity will be consisted of round table discussions, online meetings, and technical sessions from both local and international experts including the training programs consisted of 8 Modules for the target group of Industry Associations and Operators of Industrial Facilities which can be registered without charges and certificate of achievement will be distributed to those who complete the training assessment criteria.
In addition, Virtual Exhibitions from all project partners, 4 selected demonstration facilities, and related national authorities will be included as follow;
