On Friday 25 December 2020 at 9:30 AM, the project held the Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting 2/2020 at The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok. Mr. Aditad Vasinonta, Deputy Director-General Department of Primary Industries and Mines acted as the honorable chairman of the meeting. The PSC members consists of representatives from relevant regulatory agencies, namely; Department of Industrial Works (DIW), The Office of Industrial Economics (OIE), Pollution Control Department (PCD), Department of Environmental Quality Promotion (DEQP), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

This PSC meeting was held to update on the progress from all 3 Components

• Component 1: Policy and Legal Framework.

• Component 2: Dissemination of information and capacity building

• Component 3, the development and implementation of a work plan for the introduction of BAT/BEP in selected demonstration facilities

All of which have been implemented the outputs according to the timeline work plan and discussion on implementing the project activities in the year 2021 has been discussed.

In this regard, TWG members from each Component and the national consultants representatives have also attended the meeting.
